Pei Jun

Pei Jun is an Associate Tutor at Cranmer Hall, where she teaches New Testament Greek, and a Resident Tutor at St John’s College, Durham. She is also a PhD candidate at Durham University, researching the themes of Logos and Pneuma in the Johannine Gospel and early Christian texts under the supervision of Professors Francis Watson and Jane Heath.

Prior to moving from Singapore to Durham for her doctoral studies, Pei Jun worked for several years as an engineer in the water and wastewater treatment industry. She subsequently entered full-time pastoral ministry with Tabernacle Church and Missions in 2020 and taught New Testament Studies and Biblical Greek at its affiliated seminary, the Asian Pastoral Institute.

When not immersed in theology, Pei Jun enjoys reading fiction—particularly detective thrillers—practising karate, and exploring the English countryside.
