Cranmer Hall, St John’s College, Durham is seeking an outstanding individual to be Learning and Teaching Coordinator.
The Learning and Teaching Coordinator provides administrative support for Cranmer Hall’s BA and MA programmes and processes, from registration and enrolment, through Boards of Studies, assessments and marking, module evaluation, to Boards of Examiners and publication of results.
The Learning and Teaching Coordinator works closely with the Director of Undergraduate Studies, Director of MA, and Academic Dean, the four of whom together form the Academic Team; and also works within the Operational Team to deliver excellent professional support across the wider Cranmer Hall offering (which includes formational and community aspects).

Supported by the Church of England’s RMF Innovation Fund, Cranmer Hall is seeking to appoint a person with substantial ministry experience and excellent organizational skills as Director of Interim Ministry Training. This new role will establish and lead a national centre of excellence for the networking, training, resourcing, and support of Interim Ministers (also known Interim Change Ministers or Transition(al) Ministers). The role encompasses several strands: the establishment and development of a network of Interim Ministers, including its formalization as a ‘College of Interim Ministry Practitioners’; the creation and delivery of an Interim Ministry course for new and existing Interim Ministers, both in-person and online, with a target for training at least 60 practitioners over 3 years; and the provision and renewal of resources via a website and national communication and sharing of best practice.
The postholder will be employed by St John’s College, Durham to work within Cranmer Hall and will liaise closely with a designated staff member at Rippon College Cuddesdon.
