Revd Jamie Daniels

Jamie is Leadership Training and Access Officer here at Cranmer Hall, beginning his role in September 2022.  Jamie works on our Growing Leaders programme, equipping leaders for ministry and mission across the North East.

Jamie is both from the North East, growing up in County Durham, and passionate about the Church in the North East. He has been an active part of Church leadership for the past 15 years through Newcastle Christian Life Centre, a city centre Pentecostal Church.  Jamie has a background in business with a career in Sales and Marketing within the energy industry, before moving into full time ministry.

Jamie studied for ministry here at Cranmer Hall (2013-2016) completing his BA in Theology, Ministry and Mission.  Since leaving Cranmer Hall Jamie has been leading North East Youth for Christ working in partnership with local Churches to reach young people with the hope of Jesus.

In October 2020, during the pandemic, Jamie planted a Church in Consett, County Durham and continues to serve as the Senior Pastor there.  The Church has grown significantly over that time as God continues to bless the community there.

Jamie has a heart for mission and evangelism, with a real desire to see people come to know Jesus, growing in their faith, knowledge and relationship with him.  Having been part of a Church with a strong culture of developing leaders, Jamie is passionate about Growing Leaders and the positive impact it will have on the Church across the North East and the individuals involved.

Jamie is married to the wonderful Helen, who works as a Secondary Art Teacher, has a very active little boy called John and a Labrador called Leo.  Jamie enjoys his sport, especially Hockey and relaxing after a busy Sunday by watching the Formula 1.
