Book now! Session 9 of Theology for Everyone – Teesside. Canon Sophie Jelley on Missional Church

Theology for Everyone: Teesside – our final session of 2017 takes place on Saturday 18 November! Our topic is “Missional Church: God’s Mission and the People of God”, and we’ll be discovering how God’s heart for mission transforms the whole of our lives and overflows to the world around us.

We’re excited to welcome two great speakers: Canon Sophie Jelley, Director of Mission, Discipleship, & Ministry for the Anglican Diocese of Durham, who has for many years been involved with “Leading your Church into Growth”, which aims to help local churches grow in their welcome and witness; and Dr Sarah Dunlop, who is Tutor in Mission at Cranmer Hall in Durham, and whose research stretches from Ukrainian students’ expression of their faith to London megachurches’ engagement with social action.

Opening worship – Refreshments – Bookstall

Venue: Stockton Parish Church (TS18 1SP), 9am – 1pm, Saturday 18 November

Single session: £10 waged / £5 unwaged, book here | Facebook page | Cranmer website
